Job Scope :

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliations with accuracy.
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage billing and collections, ensuring proper invoicing, timely follow-ups, and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with SST requirements, e-invoicing implementation, and statutory reporting obligations.
• Perform tax computations, financial analysis, and cash flow forecasting.
• Monitor receivables, including aging reports, credit control, and collection activities.
• Prepare monthly aging reports for submission to Experian and CTOS, and handle related enquiries.
• Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.
• Assist in budgeting, KPI tracking, and management reporting.
• Support audit processes, tax matters, and other ad-hoc assignments as required.
• Familiar with Autocount Accounting System

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance or a professional qualification (ACCA / CPA / equivalent).
• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Skills: Ability to handle a full set of accounts independently; proficient in accounting software (e.g., Autocount, Million) and Microsoft Excel.
• Attributes: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with high integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Language: Proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin and English.

Job Description:

• This position will be based at site office.
• Responsible in managing the financial and contractual terms of a wide variety of projects from pre-tender to post-contract stages.
• Responsible for pre and post contract administration, tendering, cost planning, submit progress claim, payment claim, certification and feasibility study.
• To monitor the cost control and ensure the overall budget of the projects are maintained from inception to completion.
• To monitor the cost and project progress through the Project Management Progress Report / Meeting and cost monitoring system.
• To identify areas for improvement in existing contracting processes.
• To ensure tender documents are completed on time for tender calling and award within budget
• Conducting quantities assessment for Contract BQ, Variation Orders and final accounts.
• Keep track on Contract Budgeting, progress of work done and VOs’ monthly status and related QS tasks.
• Work closely with other consultants, towards accomplishing targeted deadlines and milestone.
• Liaise internally with different departments.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• At least 3-5Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to work independently.
