Responsibility

• Troubleshooting equipment issues on-site
• Install and setup of coffee machines and grinders
• Restore, repair and customize coffee machines
• Provide emergency support

Requirements

• Possess minimum qualification with SPM or equivalent
• Prefer 1 year of working experience as a technician for mechanical / electronic parts.
• Valid driving license to travel to sites.

• Untuk mencetak semua Pesanan E-dagang setiap hari

• Pastikan stok yang mencukupi di Bazar untuk menyokong

• Perniagaan E-Dagang dan pembelian kakitangan harian

• Membungkus Pesanan E-dagang mengikut pesanan yang diterima

• Menghantar semua Pesanan E-dagang kepada syarikat logistik tepat pada waktunya.

• Untuk merekodkan semua pergerakan masuk/keluar stok mengikut piawaian yang telah ditetapkan oleh pihak pengurusan

• Untuk memantau semua palet keluar secara manual.

• Mengambil barang mengikut invois dengan betul dan bersedia untuk menyemak barang untuk dimuatkan sebelum barang dihantar kepada pelanggan.

• Untuk memastikan barang yang diterima dari kilang berada dalam keadaan baik, simpan dengan sewajarnya dan kuantiti yang diterima mengikut dokumen yang disokong untuk pengesahan.

• Untuk memastikan barang yang dipulangkan daripada pelanggan dengan invois disusun dengan sewajarnya, sahkan dengan teliti dan pembungkusan semula barang halus daripada pulangan perdagangan.

Keperluan Kerja

工作職責

• 每日列印所有電子商務訂單

• 確保 Bazar 有足夠的庫存以提供支持

• 電子商務業務與日常員工採購

• 根據收到的訂單打包電商訂單。

• 按時將所有電商訂單交付給物流公司。

• 依照管理階層所訂定的標準，記錄所有庫存的進出。

• 人工監控所有出庫托盤。

• 根據發票正確提取貨物，並在貨物交付給客戶之前待命檢查裝貨情況。

• 為確保從工廠收到的貨物狀況良好，並依規定存放，且收到的數量與相關證明文件相符，以便進行核實。

• 確保客戶退回的貨物連同發票一起按規定分類，徹底核實並重新包裝貿易退貨中的優質商品。

• 協助進行每月庫存盤點（單位庫存）

Job Responsibilities

• To print out all the Ecommerce Order daily

• Ensure enough stock in Bazar to support

• E-Commerce business and daily staff purchase

• Packing the Ecommerce Order according to the order received

• Deliver all the Ecommerce Order to the logistic company on time.

• To records all stock movement in/out accordingly as per standard that been set by management

• To monitor all outgoing pallets manually.

• To pick up goods accordance to the invoice correctly and standby back up for checking goods for loading before goods been delivered to customer.

• To back up in ensuring that the goods that been received from the factory are in good condition, store accordingly and quantity received as per supported document for verification.

• To ensure return goods from customer with invoice to be sorted accordingly, verify thoroughly and repacking fine goods from trade returns.

• To assists on monthly stock take (unit stock)

Job Requirement

• SPM / Professional Certificate / Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent.

• 1-2 years related working experience

• Preferably from FMCG / Food / Beverage / Food industry related

• Possess own transport & willing to work at TPP, Puchong
