1. Act as Workplace Safety and Health Officer in all safety and health matters.

Main duties

1. As a Technical Controller’s representative in charged for Project Planning in term of moulds, machinery and manpower;
2. Plan for mould set up in production line to ensure that production bays meet the daily/ monthly targeted volume;

4. Interpret drawings and solving discrepancies with Design team;

Ringkasan & Tujuan Kerja

Bertanggungjawab untuk membangun, melaksanakan dan menyelenggara Sistem Pengurusan Kualiti (SPK) bagi memastikan semua produk yang dikeluarkan memenuhi piawaian kualiti yang diperlukan, keperluan kawal selia dan jangkaan pelanggan. Peranan ini juga menerajui inisiatif penambahbaikan berterusan dan mengurus pasukan QA. Memastikan kualiti produk yang konsisten dengan menyelia proses, menetapkan piawaian dan memastikan pematuhan terhadap peraturan dan dasar syarikat.

Tanggungjawab Utama

1. Sistem Pengurusan Kualiti (QMS)

• Membangun, melaksanakan dan menyelenggara SPK selaras dengan piawaian, Menetapkan dasar kualiti, prosedur dan arahan kerja. Memastikan pematuhan dengan keperluan kawal selia dan pelanggan

2. Pengawasan Kualiti Pengeluaran

• Pantau proses pembuatan untuk memastikan kualiti dan konsistensi produk. Urus ketidakpatuhan, CAPA (Tindakan Pembetulan & Pencegahan), dan analisis punca utama

3. Audit & Pematuhan

• Merancang dan menjalankan audit kualiti dalaman dan luaran. Memimpin audit pelanggan dan pengawalseliaan. Memastikan penemuan audit ditangani dengan tindakan pembetulan yang berkesan

4. Kepimpinan & Pembangunan Pasukan

• Pimpin, jadikan mentor dan bangunkan ahli pasukan QA/QC. Urus prestasi pasukan, latihan dan perancangan penggantian. Bina budaya kualiti yang kukuh di seluruh organisasi

5. Pengurusan Kualiti Pembekal

• Menilai dan meluluskan pembekal dan kontraktor. Memantau prestasi pembekal/subkontraktor dan menjalankan audit pembekal. Memastikan bahan/alat ganti yang masuk memenuhi piawaian kualiti

6. Penambahbaikan Berterusan

• Memacu inisiatif penambahbaikan berterusan. Menganalisis data kualiti dan KPI untuk mengenal pasti peluang penambahbaikan. Mengurangkan kecacatan, pembaziran dan kos kualiti yang rendah

7. Kualiti & Aduan Pelanggan

• Mengendalikan aduan pelanggan dan memastikan penyelesaian tepat pada masanya. Menerajui siasatan punca utama dan tindakan pembetulan. Mengekalkan kepuasan pelanggan dan kebolehpercayaan produk

8. Pelaporan & Metrik

• Jejaki dan laporkan KPI kualiti (kadar kecacatan, hasil, aduan pelanggan). Bentangkan prestasi kualiti kepada pengurusan kanan. Gunakan proses membuat keputusan berasaskan data.

9. Pengurusan Risiko

• Mengenal pasti risiko kualiti dalam proses dan produk. Melaksanakan langkah pencegahan dan strategi mitigasi. Memastikan keselamatan dan pematuhan produk

Kelayakan & Pengalaman

• Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Kejuruteraan, Pembuatan, Pengurusan Kualiti atau bidang berkaitan.
• 5–10+ tahun dalam jaminan kualiti dalam pembuatan
• Minimum 3–5 tahun dalam peranan pengurusan atau kepimpinan
• Pengalaman dengan QMS, audit dan pematuhan peraturan
• Latar belakang yang kukuh dalam kualiti pengeluaran/proses
