Job Responsibilities

1. Creative Brand Content: Design innovative brand visual content, including but not limited to graphic design, visual effects, social media assets, and basic photo/video editing.

2. Brand Consistency: Ensure all design outputs strictly adhere to brand visual guidelines, maintaining a high level of consistency and aesthetic innovation.

3. End-to-End Project Management: Independently manage the entire design lifecycle—from initial creative conceptualization to final production and delivery.

4. Collaborative Development: Work closely with the creative team to participate in brainstorming sessions and design development.

5. Technical Production & Communication: * Liaise effectively with team leads and stakeholders regarding design concepts.

• Expertly manage the full printing process: Coordinate with printing factories for large-format printing (喷绘), high-res indoor graphics (写真), Pantone color matching, and silk screening (丝印).

• Oversee material selection and quality control for offline retail displays (Mobile/O2O stores) and promotional flyers.

6. Ad-hoc Support: Complete other design-related tasks as assigned by department leadership.

• Software Mastery: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.).

• Collaboration Tools: Experienced in using Figma or similar collaborative design platforms.

• AI Integration: Familiarity with AI generative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or Firefly) to enhance creative efficiency.

• Industry Insight: A keen eye for branding and visual trends, with the ability to translate market needs into innovative designs.

• Production Expertise: Deep knowledge of offset printing (胶印), material properties, and the technical requirements for offline retail marketing materials.

• Operational Excellence: Highly organized with extreme attention to detail; able to maintain high productivity and creativity under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice & Expense Processing

  • Process vendor invoices and employee expense claims with accuracy and compliance to company policies.

  • Handle exceptions such as foreign currency invoices, tax-related adjustments, and complex vendor terms.

• Payments & Vendor Management

  • Execute vendor payments in line with company schedules and cash flow priorities.

  • Maintain vendor master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.

  • Resolve escalated vendor queries and disputes.

• Reconciliation & Reporting

  • Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

  • Monitor AP aging reports and ensure timely resolution of overdue items.

  • Support cash flow forecasting by providing accurate payable data.

• Audit & Compliance

  • Prepare AP schedules and documentation for internal and external audits.

  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal controls.

• Process Improvement & Team Support

  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.

  • Train, mentor, and provide guidance to Level 1 AP staff.

  • Act as a point of escalation for complex transactions and reconciliation issues.

  • Collaborating cross-regionally (India team).

  • Contributing to leadership reporting (metrics, performance visibility).

Summary

This position is a level 2 that involve invoice Processing, payments or vendor master, vendor reconciliation, end to end exposure. To handle more complex AP tasks, reconciliation, and process improvements. Acts as a point of escalation for level 1 associate.
