Tanggungjawab utama penyandang jawatan adalah untuk memimpin pasukan pembangun bagi menyemak reka bentuk dan pengujian usaha pembangunan aplikasi baharu; Di samping itu, beliau juga akan membantu dalam menaik taraf usaha pendigitalan pejabat kami dalam meningkatkan produktiviti dan kecekapannya. Penyandang jawatan akan melapor kepada Ketua Perisian Kanan (Ketua Pembangunan Perisian) dan membantu dalam memberikan panduan dan kepimpinan teknikal berkaitan dengan kepakaran teknikal.
Tugas Kerja:
Mengaplikasikan teknik dan metodologi perisian yang berkesan untuk memastikan proses pembangunan aplikasi, reka bentuk dan interaksi aplikasi yang berkesan dan cekap.
Semak aliran data dan sistem untuk memastikan aliran aplikasi yang sesuai.
Menyemak dan menambah baik ujian unit dan ujian integrasi sistem bagi memastikan sistem berfungsi dengan baik.
Menggalakkan perkongsian pengetahuan antara pembangun untuk meningkatkan kemahiran dan pengetahuan organisasi.
Mengurus dan menyelaras penghantaran untuk projek pembangunan aplikasi.
Melibatkan diri secara aktif dalam mengekalkan dan menegakkan piawaian dan metodologi pembangunan perisian yang sedia ada.
Kelayakan:
Calon mesti memiliki sekurang-kurangnya Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Sains Komputer/Teknologi Maklumat atau yang setaraf.
Minimum 3 tahun pengalaman pembangunan aplikasi.
Mesti mahir berbahasa Inggeris. Walau bagaimanapun, pemahaman tentang bahasa Mandarin dan Bahasa Malaysia adalah kelebihan tambahan;
Mempunyai kemahiran interpersonal yang baik dan mampu berhubung dengan semua peringkat;
Mempunyai sikap yang baik, berdisiplin; Mesti cepat belajar dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
Pengetahuan dan Kemahiran:·
Mempunyai pemahaman yang baik tentang satu atau lebih bidang berikut:
Pemahaman yang kukuh tentang konsep dan bahasa OOP, seperti Java, SpringBoot dan kebebasan serta rangka kerja;
Pemahaman yang kukuh tentang teknologi Web Client berasaskan Javascript, termasuk Typescript, Javascript, HTML5 dan CSS3, dan sebagainya.
Mempunyai pemahaman yang baik tentang RDBMS (sistem pengurusan pangkalan data hubungan) termasuk SQL DDL dan DML seperti PostgreSQL, MSSQL,
Biasa dengan amalan terbaik untuk menyokong kitaran pembangunan yang berkesan, termasuk pembangunan aplikasi, binaan, penggunaan dan sokongan aplikasi.

The incumbent will report to the Senior Software Head (The Head of Software Development) and assist in providing guidance and technical leadership in relation to technical expertise.
Job Duties:
Apply effective software techniques and methodologies to ensure effective and efficient application development process, design and application interactions.
Review the data and system flows to ensure appropriate application flows.
Review and enhance unit and integration test testing of the system to ensure proper functioning of the system.
Promote knowledge sharing among the developers to organizational enhance skillset and knowledge.
Manage and coordinate the deliveries for the application development projects.
Actively participate in maintaining and upholding prevailing software development standards and methodologies.
Qualifications:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic and young candidates for Senior Positions with expertise in Consultant Quantity Surveying to manage costs related to construction projects within a consultancy environment. The role focuses on managing all aspects of cost and contracts for construction projects.
Main Responsibilities:
To prepare tender documents including measurements and Bills of Quantities.
To prepare cost estimates.
To be responsible in managing, monitoring and coordinating all quantity surveying work and contractual matters.
To handle progress claims, site valuations, variation orders and final accounts.
To attend project meetings.
Requirements:
Minimum seven (7) years of working experience including in consultancy firms
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Pre-Contract Management, Post Contract Management.
Knowledge in AutoCAD and Measurement Software will be an added advantage
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
