The HR Executive supports the day-to-day human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. This role ensures smooth HR operations, maintains accurate records, and supports company policies and processes to foster a positive and compliant work environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
·       Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
·       Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents
·       Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires
·       Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
·       Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
·       Manage attendance, leave records, and staff documentation
·       Prepare HR-related letters (confirmation, warning, termination, etc.)
·       Administer employee benefits and claims
·       Serve as a point of contact for employee queries
·       Support in handling employee issues and disciplinary matters
·       Promote a positive and professional work environment
·       Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and SOPs
·       Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
·       Assist in general office administration and coordination
·       Plan and support company events, internal and external initiatives
·       Assist to ensure the upkeep of company pantry and common staff usage areas
·       Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned.
Requirements:
·       Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
·       Minimum 2 years of HR or administrative experience preferred (fresh graduates may apply)
·       Knowledge of local employment regulations is an advantage
·       Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
·       Strong organisational and communication skills
·       Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
·       Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
·       Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
·       Strong communication skills with the confidence to raise concerns, provide feedback, and engage with employees at all levels
·       Experience handling blue-collar / site workforce
