Job Responsibilities

- Ensure proper poison inventory and stock control

- Conduct medication review, dispensing, consultation, and patient counselling

- Execute Medi-range activities to enhance medication safety (e.g. medication reviews, cautionary labels, packing systems, health screening)

- Collaborate with Branch Manager to support smooth and effective outlet operations - Perform medication compounding (in Alpro Specialty Pharmacy)

- Serve as a Certified Smoking Cessation Service Provider (CSCSP) where applicable

- Work closely with other healthcare professionals on patient care

- Maintain accurate poison recording and compliance with regulatory requirements

- Facilitate internal and external training for professional development

- Promote health awareness and medication safety through customer engagement

- Comply with all SOPs to maintain a safe and clean working environment

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacology

- Registered Pharmacist (Type A license preferred)

- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese

- Min. 2 years of experience in retail pharmacy preferred

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as Provisional Registered Pharmacists (PRP)

- Willing to perform shift duties and relocate if required

- Strong understanding of pharmacy laws and regulations

- Positive mindset, self-initiated and open to learning

工作職責

Tanggungjawab Kerja

- Memastikan inventori dan kawalan stok racun yang betul

- Menjalankan semakan ubat, pendispensan, rundingan dan kaunseling pesakit

- Melaksanakan aktiviti julat Medi untuk meningkatkan keselamatan ubat (cth. semakan ubat, label amaran, sistem pembungkusan, saringan kesihatan)

- Bekerjasama dengan Pengurus Cawangan untuk menyokong operasi outlet yang lancar dan berkesan - Melakukan pengkompaunan ubat (di Farmasi Khusus Alpro)

- Berkhidmat sebagai Penyedia Perkhidmatan Berhenti Merokok Bertauliah (CSCSP) jika berkenaan

- Bekerjasama rapat dengan profesional penjagaan kesihatan lain dalam penjagaan pesakit

- Mengekalkan rakaman racun yang tepat dan pematuhan dengan keperluan kawal selia

- Memudahkan latihan dalaman dan luaran untuk pembangunan profesional

- Meningkatkan kesedaran kesihatan dan keselamatan ubat-ubatan melalui penglibatan pelanggan

- Mematuhi semua SOP untuk mengekalkan persekitaran kerja yang selamat dan bersih

Keperluan Kerja

- Ijazah Sarjana Muda atau Sarjana dalam Farmasi atau Farmakologi

- Ahli Farmasi Berdaftar (Lesen Jenis A diutamakan)

- Bahasa yang diperlukan: Bahasa Inggeris, Bahasa Malaysia, dan Bahasa Cina

- Minimum 2 tahun pengalaman dalam farmasi runcit diutamakan

- Graduan baru digalakkan untuk memohon sebagai Ahli Farmasi Berdaftar Sementara (PRP)

- Bersedia menjalankan tugas syif dan berpindah jika diperlukan

• Assist in conducting HSE inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace
• Assist in developing and implementing safety procedures and protocols
• Assist in conducting training sessions for employees on HSE best practices

To provide assistance and support to Inspection Engineer in the Inspection and Testing. Ensure that company objectives are achieved when carrying out Inspection and Testing works without sacrificing quality and services of the company.

• Responsible for the following detailed instruction provided by the Operations Manager.
• Review of job files prior to carrying out Inspection works to ensure that everything is in order.
• Prepare all necessary tools, instruments and documentation needed to perform task.
• Assist the Inspection Engineers in Inspection and Testing.
• Undertake actively the training of new trainees and junior technicians within the Department.
• Give guidance to trainee or junior technicians when on the job.
• Maintenance of equipment, instruments and apparatus used.
• Ensure all operations are carried out according to the procedures and instruction specified by client/job.
• Keep the Engineers updated on the daily activities including special circumstances and problems encountered during Inspection & Testing works.
• Perform any tasks as and when assigned by management.
• Adherence to applicable Quality Management System by exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities in executing, fulfilling and ensuring at all times the compliance of the QMS and is fully implemented in accordance to ISO 17020 & MIBAS, 17065 & ACB and ISO17025 & SAMM requirements"(where applicable).
• Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.
• Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management

Key Responsibility: 

1. Perform seal part cleaning.
   1. Logistic role: receiving goods (not MIGO), unpack and pack outbound good to customer or Vendor.
   2. Maintain and manage workshop, tools, machine and conduct proper housekeeping.
   3. Collect and deliver goods to Vendor and customer.
   4. Any other role assigned by Service Manager from time to time.
