ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive Strategic Initiatives:
  Lead and execute programs related to backend manufacturing transformation, including footprint optimization, regionalization, cost competitiveness, outsourced manufacturing strategy, and technology transitions.
• Cross-Functional Leadership:
  Coordinate with stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Quality, and Supply Chain to align program objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Operational Analysis & Business Cases:
  Develop data-driven business cases for initiatives such as make vs. buy, geographical shifts, and capacity expansion or consolidation. Support executive decision-making with robust analytics and scenario planning.
• Program Governance:
  Establish governance models and cadences for program execution, including milestone tracking, risk management, change control, and stakeholder updates.
• Performance Monitoring:
  Define KPIs and success metrics for operational programs. Track performance post-implementation to ensure sustainability and continuous improvement.
• Executive Reporting:
  Create and present program updates, strategic reviews, and executive-level presentations to senior leadership, with a focus on actionable insights and clear outcomes.

• Manage end-to-end electrical project execution for a manufacturing facility, from design review to commissioning.
• Oversee electrical contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure compliance with project scope, quality, and safety standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Characterize various test profiles to meet customer specific requirements.
• Hands-on experience (tester setup) with automated test equipment (tester) and environmental chambers focusing on Temperature Cycling Test (TCT), Temperature Humidity, Highly Accelerated Stress Test (HAST) or other relevant equipment.
• Develop reliability test capability /test programs/ testing methods for new products or technologies.
• Involve in tester development & improvement. 
• Hands-on experience with electronic testing, debugging, and measurement tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, thermal chambers, power supplies) or any other relevant tools/ equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain reliability test equipment and chambers, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and 1st-level recovery for equipment and tester issues.
• Support equipment setup, buyoff, and verification for new tools and reliability testers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Represent product quality as the Sustaining Program Manager in core teams, ensuring alignment with quality and reliability goals throughout the product lifecycle.
• Accountable for product quality and reliability when product transitions into sustaining phase. Drive activities to ensure that product quality & reliability expectations are met.
