Job Descriptions

• To monitor and coordinate on the sales & marketing goals and objectives for the Brand on the Group's vision.
• To assist and support the Brand Manager on planning, compiling, monitoring, preparing and controlling or various reports (such as Yearly Sales Target Planning, Yearly Purchasing Budget Planning, Monthly MIS Reports & Analysis, Promoters' Expenses).
• Coordinating with various department like warehouse, VM, MIS, merchandising and etc.
• To liaise closely with department stores by frequent follow-ups, visits and calls to the relevant person-in-charge to establish good business rapport and relationship.
• To support sales & marketing department by providing relevant information such as market trends, competitors' movements, promotion activities, pricing, strategies and consumers' preferences. 
• To maintain good working relationship and cooperation within the Sales & Marketing department and amongst the sales team through effective interpersonal communication skills.
• To strictly adhere to all Consignment Operation Policies and Practices issued by the Sales & Marketing department from time to time and support in their implementations. 
• To recommend, develop, implement and manage processes, systems, practices and policies to assist the Group in accomplishing its business objectives - to improve the quality of performance and productivity, and to ensure the smooth running of the department operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions, ensuring the selection of top talent to meet organizational needs.
• Coordinate visa and work permit processes for foreign workers, ensuring compliance with immigration laws.
• Lead employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation programs, documentation verification, and exit interviews, to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives, identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and evaluating effectiveness of training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Stay informed about relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry trends, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and update and maintain HR policies, procedures, employee handbook, communicating changes to staff as necessary.
• Manage HR administration tasks such as maintaining employee records, and managing HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, and operations, to support HR initiatives, resolve issues, and drive organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. .
• Proven experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a senior HR capacity.
• Proven track record of successfully leading HR initiatives and projects that drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Proficiency in UBS systems, Microsoft Office, and other HR-related software applications.

• Sediakan mesin dan laraskan parameter untuk mencapai sudut dan dimensi lenturan yang betul.
• Pastikan ketepatan pengeluaran 100% dari bahagian pertama melalui persediaan dan pengesahan yang teliti.
• Lakukan pemeriksaan bahagian pertama dan buat pelarasan yang diperlukan sebelum pengeluaran penuh.
