Key Responsibilities:

Systems & Data Management

• Manage CRM and SAGE systems with 100% data accuracy, ensuring timely and correct updates of order, inventory, service and operational data.

Forecast & Supply Chain Alignment

• Align monthly forecasts with Sales teams and HQ Supply Chain to support:

Inventory Management

Continuous Process Improvement

Team Management

• Lead and develop the operations team with:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline
• Min 5 years’ experience in Customer Service (Order Management) in Medical Devices company preferred

1-1. Overall Operations Supervision

- Supervise overall warehouse operations including SG local transportation from/to company’s warehouse(s)

- Establish and monitor the basic practice and implementation such as MHE pre-inspection, daily-walk-about in the respective work environment with the support from section leads below SLM

- Supervise and monitor WSH monthly reports and take a lead to close any negative findings.

Essential

• Minimum 4 years' experience in a combined office management / PA role, ideally within a family office, asset management firm, or professional services environment
• Exceptional written and verbal English; additional German a significant advantage given the principal's Swiss connection
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); comfort working with AI productivity tools (Claude, Gemini, Google NotebookLM) and with financial data and investment documents
• Strong numeracy: able to compile and cross-check portfolio data, reconcile custodian statements, and work with DCF model outputs without error
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a lean, high-trust environment with limited supervision
