Tanggungjawab

• Menerima pesanan daripada pelanggan, menjelaskan keperluan, menyediakan pesanan jualan, invois dan dokumentasi penghantaran yang tepat
• Jadualkan penghantaran atau kurier pihak ketiga
• Membantu dalam kutipan pembayaran dan menindaklanjuti akaun pelanggan yang tertunggak
• Berhubung dengan pembekal/penjual mengenai pesanan pembelian
• Sahkan invois pembekal dan nota penghantaran terhadap pesanan pembelian
• Menyelaras penyelenggaraan dan pemeriksaan rutin untuk kenderaan penghantaran syarikat
• Memimpin pasukan gudang dalam pengiraan stok, pemilihan, pembungkusan dan penyelarasan inventori
• Laporkan percanggahan dalam inventori atau barangan yang rosak dengan segera
• Sebarang tugasan lain mengikut keperluan
• Bertanggungjawab untuk set lengkap akaun termasuk perakaunan am, akaun belum terima, akaun belum bayar, aliran tunai, penyelarasan bank, penutupan bulanan, cukai dan isu perbendaharaan.
• Secara keseluruhannya bertanggungjawab dalam kerja-kerja pentadbiran akaun.

Requirements

• Schedule deliveries or third-party couriers
• Assist in payment collection and follow up on outstanding customer accounts
• Liaise with suppliers/vendors on purchase orders
• Verify supplier invoices and delivery notes against purchase orders
• Coordinate routine maintenance and inspections for company delivery vehicles
• Lead the warehouse team in stock counts, picking, packing, and inventory reconciliation
• Report discrepancies in inventory or damaged goods promptly
• Any other task as per required
• Responsible for full set of accounts includes general accounting, account receivable, account payable, cash flow, bank reconciliation, monthly closing, tax, and treasury issues.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. To head the technical department of Port Klang, Merlimau, Pasir Gudang (thinner blending section) and Ipoh.

2. Supervising Senior Chemist and Chemist on R&D work.

3. Report chemical division research and development to Deputy General Manager and Executive director.

4. Report building division research and development to Deputy General Manager and Executive Director.

5. Supervising for QA and QC matter.

6. Design new product brochure, packing/label and prepare specification for building material.

7. Assist Sales department on customer service/complaint and technical support.

8. Provide advice on trouble-shooting for production.

9. Liaise with sales department for exploring on new product.

10. Assist sales department or management on technical issue for new market.

11. Prepare technical document if necessary for other business company requested by management.

12. Conduct technical orientation to new chemist and sales.

COMPETENCY LEVEL :

1. Minimum university degree in chemistry or chemistry related field. For example: applied chemistry, industry chemistry, etc.

2. Minimum 5 years working experience in company as senior chemist level or above or equivalent designation with similar field of business at other company.

3. Possess good technical knowledge on company’s product and related products.

4. Able to lead the team and manage subordinate.

5. Good analytical skill, resourceful on similar product.

6. Fluent in English and Malay languages. Good command of Chinese language is an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

As Assistant Manager for the warehouse operation activities, the role is hands on and varied and it is imperative that leadership is displayed by hands on approach to all aspects which will involve picking and packing clients orders in a high volume and high pressure environment, maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse, dispatching of freight of freight using computerized software. This role requires to deputize for Warehouse Operations Manager as and when required.

The overall responsibilities will be:

*Manage and responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of the warehouse.

*Manage and direct inbound/outbound operations/shipments, oversee inventory functions and direct, lead and revise the implementation of contingency plans,if required.

*Ensure customer orders are dispatched in accordance with the agreed service agreement.

*To manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff to carry out and support daily operation activities, ensuring effective distribution and inventory system within the logistics facilities. 

*Responsible for the overall warehouse inventory accuracy and annual stock take and integrity.

Requirements: Candidate profile
