Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum ofaccounting activities for assigned entities, including general ledger maintenance, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly management reports, balance sheet reconciliations, journals, schedules, and supporting documentation within reporting deadlines.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification with at least 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Prior exposure to property, real estate, investment holding, or related industries will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Cognos, or similar financial reporting platforms will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources & Travel Coordination

• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including preparation of employment-related documents and staff records.

Role Summary 

This is the Full-time Internship in 6 months. You will support senior client partnership leader at a growing global software company - and get real exposure to how enterprise client relationships are actually managed. You'll report directly to Client Partnership Director, and work as part of Account Management team. What You'll Do 

• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up notes for client calls and internal AM team sessions, turning raw inputs into clean, ready-to-use documents.

Job Purpose
