Job Summary

You will manage daily billing operations, liaise with internal teams on billing matters, handle customer enquiries on discrepancies, and maintain accurate billing records to support smooth financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Customs Brokerage, Haulage, and Operations teams to resolve billing issues and ensure accurate charge processing
• Submit job charge sheets and billing reports on time for daily billing cycles
• Verify billing charges and promptly issue invoices to customers
• Generate invoices using Oracle JD Edwards Accounting System and update billing records in Keyfields system
• Prepare and maintain billing templates and documentation to support billing accuracy
• Investigate and resolve customer enquiries related to billing discrepancies promptly
• Organize and maintain filing of invoices and supporting documents for audit and compliance
• Arrange delivery of original tax invoices and related documents via email, courier, or mail
• Assist with ad-hoc billing tasks and projects as assigned by Supervisor or Manager

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment and support overtime when required
• Strong attention to detail to ensure billing accuracy

Preferred competencies and qualifications

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Warehouse Assistant supports daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods. This role ensures accurate stock management and a safe, organised working environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods against purchase orders or delivery notes
• Store materials in designated locations following FIFO and labelling procedures
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently in line with dispatch schedules
• Assist in loading outbound shipments and verifying delivery documentation
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits
• Support delivery man as cargo hand when required
• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the warehouse supervisor promptly
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, trolleys, or forklifts (if certified)
• Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping standards, and compliance with safety regulations

• Ability to read and follow work orders and labels

• Physically fit — able to lift up to 25 kg

• Forklift licence is an advantage

Job Summary

Perform general office duties to support smooth operations, including managing communications, coordinating supplies and maintenance, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming phone calls and provide professional reception support to ensure effective communication flow
• Receive and date-stamp all incoming mail to maintain accurate mail tracking and processing
• Monitor and order office and warehouse stationery, PPE, and consumables to maintain adequate stock levels
• Assist in verifying GST figures to support accurate financial reporting

• Responsible for work passes application (WP, Spass), renewal, and cancellation for foreigner employees.
• Assist in staff insurance claim and renewals i.e. WICA or medical injuries
• Any ad-hoc admin duties assigned and assist finance team.

• Preferably with Shipyard/Marine/Oil & Gas experience & knowledge

• Monthly inventory reconciliation

4) Other Duties

• Filing of payment vouchers, sales invoices etc

• Assist with other AR/AP/GL functions when required

REQUIREMENTS
