Position: Data Entry Coordinator (Operations)

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Data Entry Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining operational records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update information into databases and spreadsheets.

• Verify accuracy of data and correct errors when identified.

• Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).

• Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection standards.

• Provide administrative support to other departments when required.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and data management systems

Job Duties of an LAE

Job Description

·      Day to day routine maintenance & rectification of aircraft defects

·      Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with approved maintenance data, company, authority and customers’ requirements

·      Performing aircraft release to service certification(CRS) for maintenance and repair of aircraft according to the Company authorization issued by Quality Department

·      Assisting in the forecasting of manpower, spares &equipment needs

·      Ensuring that all staff under his control observes safety precautions, reporting of unsafe working condition & operation

·      Assisting in the investigation of incident/accident reports and ensuring corrective actions are implemented

·      Ensuring that tools & equipment under his control are properly maintained, calibrated and correctly used for the jobs

·      Ensuring action is taken at all times to maintain the aircraft on schedule

·      General supervision, control & discipline of staff under his charge

·      Performing other duties, as and when required

Requirements:

·      Minimum full time Diploma or Degree in Mechanical /Electrical & Electronics Engineering

·      Training period is 36 months (inclusive of on-the-job training)

·      Trainees will be bonded for the duration of training and 5 years thereafter

·       Training programme will commence in October 2026

About the Programme:

Join our Place-and-Train (P&T) programme and kickstart your career in early childhood education. This structured programme combines on-the-job training with sponsored professional qualifications, preparing you to become a fully qualified infant care and/or childcare teacher while gaining hands-on experience in a preschool environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in daily classroom activities and routines.

• Assist in caring for children, including supervising play, routines, and basic hygiene.

• Observe and learn from experienced teachers to develop foundational teaching and classroom management skills.

• Participate in training workshops, assessments, and sponsored diploma/qualification courses.

Requirements:

Completed Secondary 4 education, AND

Obtain ONE of the following:

A credit in GCE O-level English (EL1); OR

An English Language Acceptable Alternatives (ELAA); OR

An average score of 5 for the Workplace Literacy (WPL) Comprehensive Series, consisting of Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing, AND obtain a minimum score of 5 for the Writing component.

The Trainee Technician program aims to equip you with the skills and knowledge to become an Aircraft Engine Technician. This trainee program spans 12 months and includes both structured and on-the-job training. Upon completion, trainees will be deployed as Aircraft Engine Technicians to perform Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) of engines.

Good performing trainees will be assigned to one of three core departments (Engine Build & Strip, Inspection, or Repair Operations) and may progress to become Certifying Technicians or explore other exciting career opportunities within Pratt & Whitney.

What You Will Do

• Utilize machines, equipment, tools to carry out disassembly, assembly, inspection and repair functions of engines, its associated modules, parts, components, or accessories. 
• Read and execute the standard operating procedures (SOP). 
• Solve technical issues and problems as appropriate when encounter in their daily work. 
• Assist the Cell Leaders, Assistant Foremen, Workshop Engineers in their daily operations to achieve production targets, corporate goals, and discipline. 
• Carry out SAP transactions and make necessary changes to works order in SAP. 
• Carry out proper documentation. 
• Actively support and participate in EHS and Continuous Improvement and Ethics culture projects and any other corporate initiatives. 
• Carry out any other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications You Must Have

• Diploma/Higher NITEC/NITEC in Mechanical, Precision Engineering or other Engineering disciplines. 
• 0-2 years of experience with keen interest in joining the aerospace industry are welcome. 
• Able to read and interpret basic technical drawing. 
• A curious and learning mindset – we provide on-the-job trainings and certifications. 
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications. 
• Commit to work on rotating shifts (Day & Night) and overtime on need basis.
