Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with digital, analog, and mixed-signal design teams, DFT engineers, SoC architects, and product/test engineering teams throughout the design and validation cycle.
• Translate analog or mixed-signal failure modes into robust digital detection logic suitable for on-chip test, screening, and diagnosis.
• Contribute to technical discussions on architecture tradeoffs, observability strategy, and practical silicon debug readiness.

Required Qualifications

• To train all technicians and staff on equipment maintenance and monitor the 5S and TPM activities carried out in the section.
• To assist the Department Manager to propose and implement action plans to rectify faults occurring in the system/processes.
• To be involved in new project management from time to time and be responsible for document preparation and other paper works, as well as co-ordination with contractors & Vendors.
•  To manage all Mechanical & electrical Instruments spare parts and tools.
• To monitor the implementation of all EHS matters within the section.
• To be responsible for document management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned brands and products, ensuring consistent brand positioning and execution across all channels.

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement and business growth.

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, SEM and paid media campaigns.

• Manage social media platforms and content calendars to maintain a strong and engaging brand presence.

• Create and oversee marketing content across online and offline channels, working closely with designers, agencies and content creators.

• Leverage AI-enabled creative tools and emerging technologies to enhance content creation and marketing efficiency.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.

• Manage influencer and KOL collaborations, partnerships and campaign performance tracking.

• Plan and execute events, roadshows, activations and other brand-building initiatives to enhance visibility and consumer engagement.

• Evaluate campaign effectiveness through performance analysis and provide recommendations to improve ROI and marketing impact.

• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize campaign performance.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders, external agencies and business partners to ensure timely and successful execution of marketing initiatives.

• Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign performance, market developments and key business insights.

• Keep up to date on latest marketing trends, digital platforms and industry best practices.

• Support ad-hoc marketing projects and other duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business or relevant studies

• Fresh graduates / minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience for B2C

• Hands-on knowledge of Social Media, WordPress, Google Ads, AI tools will be preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Creative, flexible with an eye for details
