Duties & Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair CNC and laser engraving/cutting machines supplied by the company.

• Perform machine demonstrations, material testing, sample production, and engraving/cutting applications for customers.

• Install and commission new equipment according to specifications to ensure proper functionality and performance.

• Provide customer training on machine hardware, software operations, and basic maintenance procedures.

• Support customers with after-sales service inquiries, spare parts requirements, and maintenance-related assistance.

• Promote and process spare parts sales as well as annual preventive maintenance service contracts.

• Prepare and submit detailed service reports upon completion of service activities.

• Coordinate with the Sales Department regarding customer service requirements and technical support matters.

• Travel overseas when required to carry out installation, servicing, training, and technical support duties.

• Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-oriented attitude at all times.

• Carry out any other ad hoc duties assigned by the company or immediate superior.

Diploma in electrical automation / engineer or equivalent

Basic knowledge of computer networks and computer usage

Independent technical competence, can do overtime if necessary

Responsibilities:

• Select, use, and maintain service tools correctly to perform assigned tasks efficiently and safely.
• Install electrical components, including switches, sensors, transducers, transmitters, current transformers, alternator components, and control panels.
• Perform engine wiring installation in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.
• Disassemble and assemble engine components, including oil pumps, water pumps, cylinder heads, and related parts.
• Carry out engine valve lash adjustments to ensure optimal engine performance.
• Assist in and perform mechanical installation works, including radiator assemblies, couplings, engines, alternators, gearboxes, piping systems, and hoses.
• Assist in and perform alignment works for radiator assemblies, engines, and alternator installations.
• Prepare generator sets for load testing activities.
• Conduct safety device testing and load testing, including recording and documenting all required operational parameters and test results.
• Connect and utilize Electronic Technician (ET) diagnostic tools to retrieve engine diagnostic codes, event logs, and operational data.
• Perform troubleshooting and fault diagnosis on engines and generators, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.

Requirements

• Possess an ITE or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience.
• Electrical hands-on experience is a must.

· Maintenance & Calibration

Overseas Family School is looking for an Audio Visual Technician who’s passionate about live events and hands-on with equipment. This role requires technical expertise in lighting equipment, creativity in design, and attention to detail to ensure the visual quality of the live events.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Setup programmes and operates lighting consoles to create visual effects for school live events, eg. musicals, performing arts concerts and graduations.
• Operate Audio Visual systems such as audio console and projectors during live events, ensuring seamless audio and video performance.
• Setup AV equipment such as microphones, sound speakers, projectors, connecting wires and cables for school events.
• Provide real-time technical support and troubleshooting during live events.
• Work closely with event coordinators to deliver technical solutions and occasional evenings overtime based on event schedules.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of lighting console preferably ChamSys system.
• Basic knowledge of using analog & digital audio console.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the live event industry.

Qualifications & Experience:

·      Diploma or Higher Nitec/Nitec certificate in electrical engineering, media production, or lighting & sound technology.

·       1–3 years’ experience in lighting mixing & Audio Visual for live events.

Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on high-temperature alloy turbine blade components

• Carry out blending and repair works for turbine blades

• Ensure product quality, proper equipment maintenance, and production targets are met

• Maintain good housekeeping and follow production schedules

• Comply with EHS policies and report unsafe conditions promptly

Requirements:

• Completed Secondary level or higher education.

• Experience in QA/QC, inspection, commissioning, or auditing work will be an advantage.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, inspection checklists, and maintenance records.
• Good attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
