• Technical design workshops with customers focused on future state architectures and AI workloads
• Proposal development cycles with cross-functional engineering, product, commercial teams, and GSAM leadership
• Quarterly solution and program reviews aligned to customer roadmap, capacity plans, and technology evolution
• Ongoing engagement with product teams to influence roadmap based on customer requirements.

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s degree with10+ years of proven experience in data center cooling systems (chillers, CDU,CRAH/CRAC, liquid cooling).
• Expertise in thermal system designand capacity planning.
• Strong background in energy efficiencyoptimization (PUE, WUE, sustainability targets).
• Skilled in global customeradvocacy and stakeholder management.
• Experience in program and project management across complex, multi‑region deployments.
• Knowledge of hyperscale and colocation standards.
• Ability in technical sales and solution positioning in partnership with GSAM organizations.
• Proven cross‑functional leadership
• across engineering, sales, and operations.
