Responsibility:
* Support the sales team to facilitate customer orders and ensure accurate, timely fulfilment.
* Deliver a premium shopping experience and professionally resolve customer inquiries or complaints
* Oversee logistics and delivery planning to ensure prompt and reliable service.
* Handle walk-in customer inquiries related to sales queries, orders, deliveries, and operational issues with professionalism and care.
* Maintain accurate records across orders, inventory, production, and logistics.
* Prepare regular sales and operational reports for management.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of sales, operations, and service delivery.
Requirement
* At least a diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a related field
* Ability to work in a sales-driven, fast-paced environment
