Deskripsi Kerja

• Melaksanakan kerja mengikut pelan pengeluaran dan menyelesaikan tugasan pengeluaran yang diberikan.

• Mengendalikan mesin dan memantau proses pengeluaran untuk memastikan kualiti produk memenuhi keperluan.

• Bertanggungjawab terhadap mesin, peralatan, alat kerja dan jig, serta memastikan semuanya selamat dan berada dalam keadaan baik.

• Mengekalkan kebersihan dan susun atur tempat kerja mengikut piawaian 5S serta mematuhi semua prosedur keselamatan.

• Bersikap fleksibel dan mampu melaksanakan pelbagai tugas dalam proses pengeluaran apabila diperlukan.

• Bekerjasama dengan ahli pasukan dan mengurus tenaga kerja dengan berkesan untuk meningkatkan kecekapan pengeluaran.

• Melakukan penyelesaian masalah asas, pembaikan dan penyelenggaraan pencegahan peralatan apabila diperlukan.

• Menyokong dan mengambil bahagian dalam kawalan kualiti, penambahbaikan kualiti dan projek berkaitan pengeluaran.

Kelayakan

• Calon mestilah memiliki sekurang-kurangnya SPM, SKM, Sijil Teknikal atau Diploma.

• Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris asas.

• Graduan baharu atau calon yang mempunyai pengalaman berkaitan dalam persekitaran pembuatan adalah digalakkan untuk memohon.

• Memiliki lesen forklift yang sah adalah satu kelebihan tambahan.

工作範圍：

• 對冷水機組運作進行例行檢查，包括冷凍水和冷卻水溫度，並檢查所有公用設施管線（水、壓縮空氣和天然氣）是否有洩漏。任何缺陷或問題必須立即報告給主管/部門負責人。
• 檢查並記錄壓縮機運轉參數，包括壓力、溫度、馬達電流（安培）、滑閥位置、馬達轉速、油位和運轉時間。
• 城鎮水樣本進行水質分析，包括城鎮水、飲用水、穀物用水和DPRS用水。
• 每日記錄水錶讀數。
• 如果發生跳脫或斷電事故，請前往故障工廠進行搶修。
• Handel氨冷水機故障排除隔離閥檢查洩漏區域並修復洩漏區域。
• 測量並記錄冷卻水塔（SA、RM、Nescafe 和冷凍水系統）的水電導率、pH 值和 ORP 值，並檢查和清潔水過濾器。
• 在操作冷水機組、冷卻水塔、壓縮機、氨氣或其他需要穿戴個人防護裝備的工作時，請遵守安全規程並穿戴適當的個人防護裝備。

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on various types of material handling equipment specifically Forklift.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain both hardware and software systems including variety of SaaS based and internal applications, such as Slack, Google Workspace, AWS WorkSpaces, Github, JIRA, Confluence, VPN
• Troubleshoot, and resolve IT-related hardware and software issues reported by internal users, and manage the process of support ticketing
• Monitor network and system performance, including network security and security logs
• Be the IT liaison for new hires, assist to create accounts and set up hardware for new hires
• Train users on new hardware and software
• Support audio and video equipment, and printer in office
• Manage the life cycle and purchase forecast of corporate assets to ensure accurate inventory records
• Support working with shared space owner, support the network equipment setup and optimization in the office, troubleshoot issues with the network and ISP vendors
• Work with internal teams or vendors to resolve technical issues
• Support information security audits

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networking or other related disciplines. 
• Good working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, information security, computer systems, hardware, and software
• Experience supporting hardware and software issues on Mac, and Windows, operating systems
• Working knowledge of networking protocols and setup, such as ethernet, wireless network, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
• Experience with modern SaaS tools and open-source software is desirable
• Strong written documentation skills (ticket notes, SOPs, runbooks, troubleshooting guides, user guides)
• Strong ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with internal and external teams
• Good communication, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Basic AWS console/access support exposure will be advantageous
• Familiarity with JQL, Google Apps Script, APIs/webhooks/JSON preferred
• Experience with asset inventory / CMDB tools will be a bonus
• ITIL fundamentals (Incident / Request / Escalation / Problem Management) will be a plus point
