Overview

Reporting to the Procedural Areas Operations Manager, the successful candidate will develop and implement strategic initiatives, operational priorities, and service standards for procedural areas management. This role focuses on ensuring seamless service delivery while driving operational excellence in alignment with departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

1. Manage service point operations assigned

The Assistant Manager/ Senior Assistant Manager for NUHS@Home will play a crucial role in supporting services planning, optimizing the operational workflow and providing administrative support for procurement of essential supplies. You will also be required to support the Department’s initiatives to generate publicity and leveraging social media platforms.

Job Responsibilities

 Clinical Service Development

• Manage all aspects of clinical service(s):Work closely with other departments to ensure a holistic service delivery that generates positive experience for patients along the continuum of care.Conduct proper planning of new clinical service(s) where assigned, which includes providing projections on workload, identifying resources required and getting the necessary approvals to secure these resources, and manage key project timelines to deliver the project(s) on a timely basis and within budget.Secure budget and monitor utilization as well as manage procurement of equipment and consumables to support the operation of the clinic / ward.

Clinical Initiative Support

• Support any Departmental-wide initiatives that impact clinical areas.
• Coordinate with internal i.e. legal, comms & external partners on initiative expansion.

Other Adhoc Tasks 

• Successful execution of other matters as and when assigned by RO and HOD.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and planning skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing and prioritizing multiple tasks.
• Excellent teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently when required.
• Positive work attitude and adaptability to changing situations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in project management, operations, or a related field, ideally in healthcare. However, prior experience in a hospital setting is not mandatory but may be advantageous.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Gantt charts, project management software) is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Lead the full lifecycle of multiple lighting projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. • Coordinate with internal teams, manufacturers, clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution and preserve design intent. • Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets, proactively addressing variances to protect project margins. • Supervise site installations and activities, ensuring compliance with approved designs, safety standards, and testing & commissioning requirements. Champion a zero-incident culture and robust QA and QC. • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and change control to avoid delays and cost overruns. • Provide regular project reviews, status updates, and forecasts to stakeholders and management. • Oversee project documentation, quality compliance, and client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery and long-term partnerships.
