• Improve and streamline team workflows and operational efficiency

• Review control processes and identify potential gaps

• Support ad-hoc queries from Front Office, Risk, Middle Office, and Finance

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business preferred

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in banking

• Understanding of treasury products, derivatives, and options preferred

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Strong control mindset with attention to detail

• Analytical and inquisitive approach

• Good team player with ability to connect product control activities to desk strategy
