Job Description: 

• Round-the-clock monitoring and maintenance of the System (hardware and software) to ensure system uptime in accordance to SLA commitments

Key Responsibilities

Pricing & General Price Increase (GPI) Management

• Support the annual General Price Increase (GPI) exercise for Global Customers, including incentive plan compilation and pricing reviews.
• Clarify pricing terms and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of pricing updates across systems.

Rate Management & System Maintenance

• Support setup, maintenance, and updates of rates within billing systems.
• Validate and cross-check rate updates to ensure pricing accuracy and data integrity.
• Assist in central coordination and execution of pricing updates for Global Customers.

Global Agreement Administration

Maintain and update Global Customer Agreement information and pricing terms.
Review, update, and communicate fuel surcharge terms and changes to relevant stakeholders.
Support post-activation activities and ongoing maintenance of customer agreements.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree (preferred) in any field with strong analytical background, no experience required

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly the capability to analyse large volumes of data

• Handle over-the-counter transactions in an efficient and accurate manner

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification
• Experience in delivering excellent customer journeys
• Ideally candidates who have prior experience in the financial service sectors

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous and a good team player
• Highly adaptable, ability to deal with ambiguity
• Adapt to new way of working through our digital systems & tools e.g. Branch Connect system
• Certification in BCP (Basic Insurance Concepts & Principles) and PGI (Personal General Insurance) is required for this role. Thus candidates will be required to complete these 2 certification if they are selected for the role.
• Working hours are Mondays to Fridays and half-days on Saturdays (off in lieu will be granted for working on Saturdays)
