The Role

This is a performance-oriented position designed for those who excel at building rapport without the hassle of manual lead generation. You will manage a high volume of inbound inquiries and guide users through a digital-first advisory process.

• Warm Pipeline: Zero cold calling. Receive 400+ high-intent, platform-generated leads every month.

• Hybrid Flexibility: Enjoy a balanced lifestyle with 3 days Work-From-Home (WFH) per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Consultative Sales: Rapidly engage with inbound inquiries to convert interest into issued policies.

• Relationship Management: Act as a professional point of contact for ongoing service and annual reviews.

• Target Achievement: Consistently meet monthly objectives by optimizing your product mix and pipeline.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Life/Health Insurance or high-volume sales environments (Telesales or Call Centers).

• Licensing: Must possess M5, M9, M9A, and HI certifications. Additional certifications (BCP, PGI, M8) are highly advantageous.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with digital tools (Slack, Google Suite) and CRM systems.

Salary: $3000 - $4000
Working days: 4-5-4-5 days in rotation including PH, 10 off days per month
Working hours: 10.30am to 9.45pm with 2 breaks

Responsibilities:

• Selling of gold jewellery, diamonds, and luxury goods
• Attend to customers enquires and feedback
• Provide excellent customer service and assistance to customers
• Offer advice and guidance on product selections
• Manage point-of-sale processes
• Maintain good store condition and visual merchandising standards

Requirements:

• Must be willing to work on retail hours, weekend and public holiday
