Job Requirements

Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Electrical Drawings and CAD Proficiency: Skilled in reading electrical schematics and proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) for design and planning.

Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to organize complex projects and solve challenges that arise.

Effective Communication: Clear, professional communication skills for collaboration with team members, contractors, and clients.

Driver’s License (Preferred): A valid driver’s license is advantageous for site visits and project mobility.

Job Description :

• to do conceptual and detailed machine design with regard to mechanical aspects;
• to prepare final design configurations, layouts, solid models, and production/engineering data;
• to prepare solid models, layouts, views, and bills of materials for assigned design machine assemblies and sub-assemblies;
• to exercise cost control when designing machines;
• to install mechanical and electrical components and assemble automated machines;
• to perform machine testing, troubleshooting;
• to prepare machine documentation, specifications, manual;
• to liaise and coordinate with manufacturing and purchasing departments, customers, suppliers about the project, quality, and delivery matters;
• to give suggestions to the Company on how to improve all assigned tasks with regards to efficiency and effectiveness of the same

Job Requirement :

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering;
• Minimum 2 years working experience in designing automation systems or machines for the semiconductor, electronics, or solar industry;
• Proficiency with Solid Works is desirable;
• Ability to lead, manage projects and communicate well with customers, vendors, engineers, technicians, and team members.

Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Salary:$3,500 – $4,500 (commensurate with experience)

We are looking for a dedicated Field Service Engineer to join our team in a cleanroom environment, supporting the installation, maintenance, and servicing of semiconductor/PCB equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and service semiconductor/PCB production equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
• Provide technical support and training to clients.
• Prepare service reports and documentation.
• Work closely with engineering teams to improve system performance.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
• Experience in semiconductor or PCB manufacturing equipment servicing.
• Comfortable with 2-year contract with potential for renewal and career progression.
• Willing to travel overseas when required.
• Regular overseas training in Japan, twice annually, with opportunities for global project exposure.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
