This role requires candidates with relevant experience in interior fit-out, renovation, construction, design and build, or related project coordination work. Candidates must be familiar with site coordination, renovation workflow, and working with contractors or project teams.

This is a full-time role with a flexible working arrangement. It is not a typical desk-bound 9–6 office role, and the successful candidate should be comfortable attending site visits, coordinating project matters, and following up on project progress when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Review design drawings and provide technical input where required

• Coordinate between design, project, site teams, contractors, and clients

• Participate in project discussions, planning, and documentation

• Attend site visits when required, depending on project stage

• Update clients on site progress and project matters

• Monitor project timelines, site progress, and handover schedules

• Support project follow-up to ensure works are completed smoothly and on time

• Assist with resolving coordination issues during the project process

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Interior Design, Building, Construction, M&E, Project Management, or a related field

• Relevant industry experience in interior fit-out, renovation, construction, design and build, or related project coordination is required

• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred

• Basic understanding of construction detailing, site coordination, and renovation workflow

• Familiarity with Singapore renovation or fit-out practices will be an advantage

• Able to read or review design drawings and understand project/site requirements

• Able to communicate in both English and Chinese to liaise with clients, contractors, and site teams

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence

• Willing to travel around Singapore for site visits and project coordination

• Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Singapore. No work pass sponsorship is available.
