The Quality Control (QC) Technician's primary duty is to ensure that a quality product is produced within a controlled environment. This role is engaged in different testing methodologies, ranging from molecular biology to the latest analytical chemistry techniques. He/She performs annual and quarterly physical inspection and the staging of QC materials and/or production raw materials. He/She will also oversee the necessary documentation, including logbooks, test requests preparation and sample distribution. What we’re looking for:

• Degree in a relevant Science field or equivalent

• Individual without prior working experience in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry may also apply

• Understanding of the application of mammalian cell culture for the production of biopharmaceuticals

• Understanding of cGMP regulations

• Good problem solving and analytical skills

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Willing to perform rotating 12-hour shift pattern

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct inspections and testing of incoming materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality requirements.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and quality checklists during inspection activities.
• Record inspection findings accurately and update relevant transactions within SAP.
• Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) evaluations and document results accordingly.
• Raise quality notifications for non-conforming materials and products identified during inspections.
• Support quality documentation and administrative activities, including compilation of production and quality records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to uphold quality standards across operations.

What We're Looking For

• Qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical Studies, or related disciplines.
• Experience in a manufacturing, quality control, inspection, or laboratory environment will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with inspecting electronic, electrical, mechanical, or PCB-related components.
• Comfortable interpreting technical drawings and product specifications.
• Hands-on experience using inspection and measurement equipment such as vernier calipers, micrometers, microscopes, pipettes, smart scopes, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of regulated manufacturing environments and SAP systems is an advantage.
• Meticulous, organized, and committed to maintaining high quality standards.
