Coordinate and witness NDT activities and ensure all inspection and testing requirements are properly executed and documented.

Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, material records, NCRs, and project quality dossiers.

Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams on quality-related matters.

Ensure quality requirements are implemented and maintained from project start-up to project handover and completion.

Review Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, quality procedures, and related project documentation.

Job Description:

• Responsible for performing job inspection at first piece, in process and final inspection per the Job Instructions Sheet plans.
• Responsible for performing First Article Inspection (FAI).
• Responsible for performing dimensional inspection using a variety of inspection gages & equipment.
• Taking care of initiate Quality Notification (QN) for non-conformance when products are not meeting Quality and Engineering requirement.
• Responsible for performing proper use and maintenance of gages and inspection equipment.
• Responsible for performing proper documentation including inspection stamping of quality paperwork.
• Maintain and improve 5S standards on workstations and responsible areas.

Job Requirements:

• Min Nitec in Precision/Mechanical Engineering or higher.
• Min 2 Years of experience in quality control with experience in CMM
