• Own food safety and SFA compliance across your cluster, with zero demerit points as the floor

• Work with each Restaurant Manager to turn monthly targets into shift-level plans and close gaps when numbers slip

• Be the first call when something goes wrong in your cluster

• Ensure food quality consistency and service excellence from FOH team members

• Hold reviews and training sessions for outlets with service lapses and monitor online feedback

• Identify your next Restaurant Manager from within and put them on a development track
  

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• At least 5 years in F&B, including 2 or more years as a Restaurant Manager with full P&L ownership.

• Have run a clean operation with consistent audit scores, no repeat food safety issues, and service standards that hold even when you are not watching.

• Have actually developed someone—not managed around a weak performer, but coached them to a better place.

• Food Safety Level 2 certified WSQ Advanced Certificate in F&B Management is a plus.

• Bilingual in English and Chinese. Our teams are diverse and communication matters.

7. Responsible for Bar’s cleanliness and equipment in good working condition

8. Works with HR for all staff hires, training, promotion, grievance and disciplinary action.

9. Schedules staff /team duty roster and complies with hotel grooming standard and aligns with hotel core values

10. Responds to guest’s feedback promptly and seeks remedy action immediately

11. Initiates and maintains guests and vendors relationship

12. Reviews and updates Bar’s P&P regularly

13. To create at least 1 event per quarter by partnering with Suppliers for promotional awareness

14. To develop with the team monthly Cocktail promotions (Cocktail of the month)

15. To create at least 5 beverage promotions per year

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Diploma in F&B/Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification

• Minimum 3 years of similar experience in the hotel or free-standing restaurant and bar

• Accustomed to and comfortable with media exposure

• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

• Highly organised with strong analytic and communication skills

• Oral and written fluency in English and an additional language
