- Support IT purchasing for ASEAN countries, including Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, and Philippines.
- Communicate and send request for quotations to local and oversea suppliers.
- Maintain and update the supplier database.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the Purchasing Department.
- Handle and follow up on purchasing contracts.
- Support in raising Purchasing Orders on the system and sending to suppliers.
- Do other daily business assistance.
