Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities

1. Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Development

Requirements

1. Educational Background

2. Experience

Director – Institutional Account Management

The Director – Institutional Account Managementrole supports the institutional business in delivering high-quality service to External Asset Managers (EAMs) and their underlying clients. This is not a standard office-based management role. The successful candidate must be prepared to provide operational and business support whenever required, including after office hours, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new construction, engineering, renovation, infrastructure, and maintenance projects.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, project owners, government agencies, and main contractors.

• Source business opportunities through industry networking and market intelligence.

• Lead tender submissions, project negotiations, contract discussions, and project acquisition activities.

• Work closely with project teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

• Provide strategic business planning and market development initiatives.

• Support management in achieving company revenue and growth targets.

• Attend site meetings, client meetings, and project discussions whenever required.

• Be available to provide business and operational support beyond normal working hours when project requirements demand.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 17 years of working experience in Singapore's Construction Industry.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development, Project Management, Operations Management, or Senior Management roles within the construction sector.

• Proven involvement in multiple large-scale construction, engineering, infrastructure, A&A, fit-out, or maintenance projects in Singapore.

• Strong network of contacts within the Singapore construction industry, including developers, consultants, main contractors, and project owners.

• Thorough understanding of Singapore construction practices, tender processes, project execution, and industry regulations.

• Ability to independently secure projects and generate business opportunities.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

• Degree qualification is not required. Relevant industry experience and proven achievements will be given priority.

Candidates must understand that this is a senior leadership role requiring a high level of commitment and responsibility.

The successful candidate must be:

• Available to attend urgent client, project, and business matters outside normal office hours.

• Willing to support project requirements on weekends and public holidays when necessary.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with demanding project schedules.

• Able to respond promptly to management, client, and project operational requirements.

Responsibilities:

· Perform IT audit, regulatory compliance assessment and IT risk assessment, in areas covering IT general controls, application controls, business cycle and IT security review.

· Perform third party assurance engagement covering business and IT controls

· Understanding of COSO and IT Assurance Framework issued by ISACA.

· Able to evaluate IT internal controls and identify opportunities for controls improvement.

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

· He/she must have demonstrated knowledge of IT operations and experience executing audits.

· He/she must have Identify and evaluate complex technology and business risks and internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.

Requirements:

· Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Studies, Actuarial Science or Cyber Risks or equivalent.

· Experience in IT audit, IT internal audit and/ or other related disciplines relevant to the

role.

· Excellent written English and interpersonal skills, a team player and communicator, and a self-starter.

· Pro-actively identify other areas of business initiatives and changes in the business environment and

· assess their impact on the business control environment

· Able to handle multiple tasks and assignments
