Production Intern (Social Media & Content Production)

About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time Production Intern who is passionate about content creation, social media, and visual storytelling. This internship is designed for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in shoots, editing, and content production across a variety of brands and industries.

You’ll work closely with Producers, Creatives, Strategists, and Account Managers to support the production of social-first content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

What You’ll Learn & Experience

During Your Internship, You Will:

• Support shoots across multiple client accounts and industries

• Gain hands-on experience in pre-production, on-set production, and post-production workflows

• Assist with planning and coordinating shoots, including logistics and equipment preparation

• Learn camera operation, lighting setups, framing, and social-first filming techniques

• Edit short-form social media content including reels, TikToks, and event highlights

• Develop foundational skills in colour correction, sound balancing, captions, and motion graphics

• Work alongside creatives to bring content ideas and storyboards to life

• Stay updated on social media trends, editing styles, and platform best practices

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Production Support

• Assist with preparing equipment, props, and shoot logistics

• Help with shoot schedules, call sheets, and production checklists

• Support location preparation and coordination

On-Set Support

• Assist with camera, lighting, and audio setups during shoots

• Support talent coordination and behind-the-scenes content capture

• Help ensure shoots run smoothly and on schedule

• Shoot simple videos independently

Post-Production Support

• Organise and label raw footage for editing workflows

• Edit basic short-form videos for social media

• Add captions, transitions, music, and simple motion graphics

• Support photo selection and basic retouching where required

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Producers, Creatives, and Account Managers

• Participate in brainstorms and contribute content ideas

• Communicate progress clearly and proactively with the team

• Passionate about content creation, videography, photography, or editing

• Familiar with social media platforms and content trends

• Basic knowledge of editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar tools

• Eager to learn and open to feedback

• Organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Able to multitask and support multiple projects at once

• Able to commit to a 6-month full time internship

Responsibilities:

1. Execute material planning and ensure material readiness, collaborating with the China planning team to rebalance inventory levels.

2. Issue internal plant transfer PRs, follow up inbound deliveries, and complete system receiving transactions.

3. Coordinate with the warehouse and 3PL for material preparation, packing, and shipment readiness.

4. Manage end-to-end order processing, maintain pricing for EMS, create sales orders, and ensure order-to-cash closure.

5. Monitor EMS consignment stock, production schedules and consumption, review forecast and excess inventory exposure.

6. Arrange finished goods shipments, prepare shipping documentation, and coordinate with freight forwarders.

7. Support order billing and accounting closure to complete the order book.

Requirements：

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.

2. Strong interest in material planning, distribution and supply chain operations.

3. Basic knowledge of inventory management, order processing and shipping procedures.

4. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office, with an analytical and detail-oriented mindset.

5. Fluent in English and Chinese, with good communication and teamwork skills.

6. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

7. Proactive learning attitude, strong organizational skills and sense of accountability.

• Work in the office to support some administrative tasks.
• Revising operation document under instruction of Supervisor, supporting on documentation control.
• Join to department project under instruction of supervisor.
• Supporting in preparing internal/ external audit at department.
• Other tasks be assigned based on demand.

• Supporting engineers in daily production data collection.
• Preparing reports based on engineers’ requests.
• Build concept & develop simple run-in application, dashboard, automation.
• Supporting in document control.
• Participating in projects to improve SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) at the production floor.
• Assisting engineers in simple admin tasks.
• Other tasks will be assigned based on your performance.

• Daily monitors and track production KPIs/activities (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery), if any.
• Revising operation document set (ODS) under instruction of Supervisor. Preparing, delivering and monitoring memos to shop floor.
• Supporting in documentation control.
• Support Digitalization service (develop web form by Manual Master software, Power BI report dashboard, data preparation, Power Apps...)
• Support Business requirement, Technical document
• Other tasks will be assigned on demand

Expectations of the role as a SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING INTERN:

• Research, draft, propose, independent creative creator, and produce engaging/unique video content
• Planning and managing the social media calendar across our multiple social media channels
• Involve in video production, video editing and post-production which includes the creation of video animations and digital artwork management
• Work closely with the team to generate creative social media content
• Familiarise with different social media marketing options
• Work with and assist with company to manage different brands' social media platforms
• Preparation of post-campaign reports
• Identify new opportunities and social media trends
• Assist in marketing research and any other ad-hoc tasks if required

Must-haves:

• Passion for full suite of social media options
• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing/Mass Communications or equivalent.
