Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily bank reconciliation report.
• Maintain proper record and organisation of filling system.
• Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.
• Complete weekly bank recon to ensure no discrepancy in banking.
• Check on petty cash returns from branches and issue reimbursement cheque.
• Check on staff expenses claim and input to staff claim template.
• Perform monthly bank statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancy if any.
• Any other ad hoc assignment.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields with professional qualifications.
• Experienced in Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
• Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
• Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.
• Excellent math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
• Advance level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software.
• Organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
• Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems in an organized and efficient manner.
• Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, onboarding, and maintaining personnel records.
• Support the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Support product sample management, including coordinating sample arrangements, maintaining stock records, conducting regular stock counts, and submitting updated stock lists to relevant sales teams on a bi-weekly basis. Collaborate closely with team & Management to ensure that stock inventory aligns with all initiatives.
• Customer sampling - To pack and label the samples correctly and dispatch them to customers or suppliers. Email pre-alert with tracking/consignment note to inform customer/supplier is required.
