To support the Procurement Manager and Design Team in the end-to-end sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) and interior finishes. You will ensure projects stay on budget and meet strict installation timelines. Manage Material Library in office, monitor the sample leasing.
Key Responsibilities
1.Sourcing & Vendor Management
Supplier Research: Identify and vet new vendors for bespoke furniture, lighting, fabrics, and hardware.
Relationship Building: Maintain a database of reliable contractors and international suppliers.
Sample Management: Request, organize, and maintain the "Materials Library" (fabric swatches, wood finishes, stone samples).
2.Purchasing & Financial Support
Quotations: Request formal quotes based on designer specifications and negotiate pricing or bulk discounts.
Order Processing: Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) accurately.
Budget Tracking: Update project budget sheets to ensure spending aligns with the client’s approved costs.
3.Logistics & Quality Control
Lead Time Tracking: Monitor production schedules to ensure custom items are completed on time.
Freight Coordination: Arrange shipping, customs clearance (for imports), and local delivery to the warehouse or site.
Defect Management: Inspect delivered goods for damage or discrepancies and manage the return/replacement process with vendors.
4. Administrative Coordination
Specification Sheets: Assist designers in compiling "Spec Sheets" that detail the dimensions, materials, and costs for every item in a room.
Document Control: Archive invoices, delivery orders, and warranties for final handover to the client.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Interior Design.
Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Excel is a must; experience with design-specific software (like Ivy, Studio Designer, or AutoCAD) is a major plus.
Attention to Detail: You’ll need to spot the difference between "Champagne Gold" and "Brushed Brass" at a glance.
Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle "firm" conversations with suppliers when deadlines are missed.
