Responsibilities:

• Full set bookkeeping and daily bank reconciliation
• Prepare and submit GST returns
• Create supplier payments
• Process staff expense claims and generate reports
• Manage inventory and procurement from suppliers

• Support quotation preparation and general admin duties

Requirements:

• Holds a diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Good communication skills in written and spoken English;
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications – Outlook, Excel, Word;
• Independent with a keen sense for learning and adopting new skills;
• Good team player with a good sense of urgency.
