About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving company growth. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct outreach activities to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Present company products and services to potential clients professionally and effectively.
- Follow up on leads and enquiries to convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.
Relationship Management
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and maintain regular communication.
- Understand clients' needs and provide suitable solutions to support their objectives.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Gather client feedback and market insights to support business growth strategies.
Market Research & Strategic Support
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Identify potential partnership and collaboration opportunities.
- Assist in developing and executing sales and business development strategies.
- Support marketing campaigns, networking events, and business initiatives when required.
Administrative & Reporting Duties
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Prepare business development reports and pipeline updates.
- Track lead generation and conversion performance.
- Ensure all client information and documentation are properly maintained.
Operational Support
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Support company events, client engagement activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Key Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, account management, customer relations, or related fields.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, or sales-related activities will be an advantage.
