Job Summary
This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and driving revenue growth across programs, centers, and education services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth & Market Expansion
• Develop and execute strategies to grow the business beyond early childhood.
• Identify new market opportunities locally and overseas.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
2. Partnerships & Stakeholder Management
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, government agencies, and partners.
• Lead partnership discussions, agreements, and collaborations.
• Represent the organization at events and networking sessions.
3. Revenue Generation
• Drive revenue through new channels such as franchising, licensing, and B2B programmes.
• Develop pricing strategies aligned with market positioning.
• Manage sales pipeline and improve conversion rates.
4. Product & Programme Development
• Work with internal teams to develop and improve programmes and services.
• Explore new offerings such as digital learning and training programmes.
5. Team Management
• Lead and manage the business development team.
• Set targets and track team performance.
6. Financial Planning
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and business cases.
• Track performance and ROI of new initiatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field (MBA preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience for Manager level.
• Experience and flexibility in outreach to at least 2 different sectors with at least 1 education or HR related products preferred.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding in education or consultancy regulations, licensing, and market dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
