Role Description
As the Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to two to three Managing Directors within the International Wealth Management Division. This position requires exceptional multitasking abilities and strong attention to detail to support senior leadership and divisional operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated executive assistant services to three Managing Directors.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries
- Process and submit travel and expense (T&E) reports in accordance with company policies
- Coordinate office logistics and administrative requirements
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Handle ad-hoc administrative projects as required
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Business or Finance
- Minimum 8 years’ experience providing executive assistant support to C-suite or senior management level executives
- Experience in managing complex calendar management across multiple time zones and comprehensive travel coordination using professional booking systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
- Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
- Ability to read financial statements is desirable, but not a must.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
