Job Summary

Required competencies and certifications

Responsibilities:

• Carry out design review of C&S and geotechnical design and analysis for coastal structures such as quay wall, port, jetty, revetment and land reclamation etc. for local and/or oversea projects
• Assist the Design Manager to coordinate, manage, and oversee all design related matters including:
• Ensure design coordination, document submission from Contractor is in accordance with the time schedule
• Ensure Instructions issued by Employers are co-ordinated with the Contractors
• Study and review of submissions from the Contractors
• Resolve design discrepancies or technical conflicts which may arise from the Contractor while carrying out the construction works

Qualifications:

Job Summary

About the Role

Presto runs a busy dry-cleaning and laundry factory that serves customers across Singapore every day. We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to take full ownership of how the factory floor runs — production flow, manpower, standards, discipline, and the cleanliness and order of the workplace — so that quality and turnaround stay consistent however busy we get.

The Operations Supervisor leads daily factory production at Presto, making sure all garments are sorted, processed, and ready on time. You will work closely with management and ground staff to spot problems early and turn them into practical fixes. About the Role

This role is for individuals with experience in event AV setup and operations who are ready to take on more responsibility.

You will be involved in setup, troubleshooting, and on-site execution across live events and productions.

• We welcome both developing technicians looking to strengthen their operational capabilities and experienced technicians who are ready to take on greater ownership of deployments.

• Successful candidates do not need to know everything on Day 1. We value attitude, reliability, coachability, and the willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Prep

• Prepare equipment based on packing lists.

• Follow existing packing systems and checklists to ensure 100% load-out accuracy.

Delivery & Logistics

• Load and unload equipment safely.

• Support vehicle packing to improve deployment efficiency.

On-Site Setup

• Assist in setup, testing, and teardown of displays, projectors, audio, and lighting.

• Ensure all cable management is neat and "client-ready" without needing a second look from a supervisor.

Event Execution

• Support live operations.

• Ability to translate show-flows into technical reality on-site, providing solutions rather than just following instructions.

• Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through to completion.

• Identify issues early and contribute practical solutions during deployments.

Requirements

• At least 1–3 years of hands-on experience in AV, events, staging, or technical production.

• Singapore Class 3 driving license is a plus, but not required.

• Ability to maintain technical precision and performance during busy event periods and high-pressure deployments.

• Role involves regular physical activity, including the safe lifting and moving of event equipment.

• Positive attitude and ability to follow instructions and checklists precisely.

• Candidates who demonstrate initiative, ownership, and increasing independence in troubleshooting and deployment execution will be strongly preferred.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of audio, video, and signal flow.

• Familiarity with XLR, HDMI, SDI, CAT6, and power distribution.

• Ability to identify and resolve common signal path issues independently and escalate appropriately when required.
