Role Summary
This role require to builds and maintains relationships with major clients, to retain them for extended periods of time. Develop an extensive understanding of an organisation's client base and their needs. Engage with the clients, often resolving issues and suggesting solutions to routine problems they face. A key account manager may be able to comprehend the needs of a client and tailor products or services that meet their specific requirements. Responsibilities
ā¢āāāāāDeveloping and maintaining a portfolio of high-value clients. Must have global/regional mindset in serving Key accounts.
ā¢āāāāāDeveloping long-term strategies for client retention and growth expansion.
ā¢āāāāāUnderstanding the needs and requirements of clients. Resolving customer complaints promptly to maintain trust.
ā¢āāāāāTrying to build long-standing professional relationships with clients to create a mutually beneficial environment.
ā¢āāāāāProposing solutions to a client's problems and implementing them within reasonable timelines.
ā¢āāāāāEnsure client retention
ā¢āāāāāActing as a channel of communication between clients and the employees of an organisation.
ā¢āāāāāIdentifying high-value clients and developing strategies to build relationships with them.
ā¢āāāāāPreparing periodical reports with accurate data on time. (CRM / Monthly Report etc.)
ā¢āāāāāAs the main facilitator to manage Account Receivables for assigned accounts
Requirements :
ā¢āāāāāBachelorās degree in Sales, Business Management, Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
ā¢āāāāāAt least 3-5years of experience in Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry with exposure to Key account management
ā¢āāāāāExperience or exposure in handling conglomerate accounts especially in Healthcare /Medical Devices/Semiconductor/Electronics will be considered with priority.
ā¢āāāāāExcellent written and verbal communication skillsļ¼
ā¢āāāāāProficient in MS Office applications. Good in communication and negotiation. Excellent presentation skillļ¼
ā¢āāāāāStrong organizational and management skills
ā¢āāāāāStrategic thinking and statistical analysis skills
ā¢āāāāāProactive, resourceful with ability to work well independently or in groups.
