Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract conditions.

• Prepare and monitor progress claims and subcontractor payment certifications.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Law, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant contract management experience within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration claims management, VO, EOT, cost control, and final accounts.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Support Business Unit, based in Singapore. This role is a strategic support position for the South East & South Asia (SESA) cluster, bridging regional execution with global marketing alignment.

The ideal candidate will possess deep marketing expertise strictly within the IT Distribution sector. You will be responsible for driving channel marketing strategies, collaborating with global vendors (brands), and supporting regional sales teams to accelerate business growth. This role reports directly to the global marketing leadership team (Puneet or an assigned global Marketing leader), ensuring localized SESA strategies map seamlessly to global objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Vendor & Brand Marketing Management

• Collaborate directly with top-tier technology vendors and internal product managers to design and execute co-marketing plans (MDF - Marketing Development Funds management).

Job Responsibilities:

· In charge of all leasing administration duties, which includes preparation of tenancy documents, reports, written correspondences etc.

· Assist in lease marketing - arranging and conducting viewing of units for lease to prospects at designated properties.

· Perform market research and analysis to identify, prospect and secure new market segment.

· Assist to cold call / engage desired prospects for marketing of spaces for lease.

· Manage the licensing of all lightbox spaces, which includes monitoring the license periods, preparation of license agreements, handling promotional lightboxes and promotional flag banners, coordinating with tenants and third parties on renting of lightboxes.

· Preparation of marketing and presentation to prospective clients.

· Track lease renewals and engaging the relevant parties in the renewal process.

· Assist in the handing and taking over of units with tenants.

· Assist in tenant management issues and liaisons with tenants on various tenancy related matters.

· Account management of tenants, handling tenancy related matters and maintain good tenant and landlord relationship.

· Prepare and monitor periodic management reports on asset performance from leasing and property management perspective.

· Assist in the preparation of rental revenue budget submissions.

· Work with Finance on tenant billing related matters.

· Support in the company’s marketing and promotions function. This also includes liaising and coordinating with tenants on marketing and promotional events and activities, as well as managing our advertising efforts in various magazines/ media.

· Handle yachts that berth at The Clifford Pier and all activities at The Fullerton Precincts.

Clinic Manager

This role reports to the Operations Manager. We have openings across the west, south and east.

Job Description

• Able to perform all duties of a Clinic Assistant
• Ensure the timely reporting of all clinic staff Serve as a point of escalation and catch all for clinic staff on shift
• Perform a supervisory role during the shift and always ensure service excellence.
• Ensure consistency and follow through of workflow/processes and protocol
• Training of new staff
• Liaise with vendors (e.g. laboratory and radiology) for collection of samples and receiving of reports.
• Assist with the rostering of clinic assistants
• Tallying of vendor invoices (laboratory, radiology, medication, consumables)
• Tallying of claims and answering to claims queries from government / corporate partners
• Timely ordering of stock (medication and consumables) and minimize expiry and dead stock within the clinic
• Address and resolve inquiries, complaints, disputes with patients with professionalism
• Ensure the clinic facilities are well maintained and perform regular preventive maintenance with the facilities team.
• Ensure that clinic is always compliant with regulatory requirements
• Lead a team of clinic assistants and perform regular check-in and performance reviews of clinic assistants
• Participate in audit and licensing needs of the clinic
• Participate in periodic stock take

• Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
• Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it.
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
• Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
• Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
• Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
• Monitor inventory to ensure that resources are used effectively and minimizing wastage.
• Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance at all time.
• Ensure compliance to Company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as well as the cleanliness and sanitation at work areas. Make sure that the restaurant attains every form of licensing requirement, like liquor licenses, and quickly attend to repairs that have to be made within the restaurant.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
