KITCHEN SUPERVISOR
Salary: SGD 3,000 – 3,500
Location: Near Clementi MRT Station (EW23), Singapore
Working Hours:
• Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Days Off:
• 4 days per month
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join a company specializing in fermented rice dessert products. The successful candidate will oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure efficient production processes while maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily central kitchen operations.
• Plan and monitor production activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage and guide kitchen staff to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory usage and support efficient kitchen operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper food handling practices within the workplace.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of central kitchen management experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Able to coordinate production schedules and kitchen operations effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
