About the Project

This role is part of our strategic transformation initiative, led and managed directly by our organization. The project focuses on designing, developing, and modernizing a suite of software applications that support core business operations and improve user experience. Driven by our newly established program governance framework, this initiative is aligned with long-term technology and business goals. It reflects our commitment to building robust, scalable, and future-ready platforms using modern architectures and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Proactively collaborate and communicate with business users and IT teams to gather requirements, analyze them, and deliver functional specifications and other deliverables within the SDLC framework.
• Work with the Project Manager & internal IT departments, to design optimal solutions that meet business needs, ensuring requirements are transformed into effective solutions within agreed cost, schedule, and quality standards.
• Closely coordinate with the Project Manager to plan and track functional activities and deliverables for project implementation, including requirements documentation, specifications, and test design and execution.
• Participate in high-level technical design and implementation discussions, contributing insights from a business perspective, and engage in business analysis during solution and execution phases of project rollout.
• Provide support to project teams to ensure tactical solutions remain lean and adaptable for future upgrades aligned with strategic architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation related to application design, workflows, and deployment

Skills/Requirement

• Preferably Bachelors degree-educated in Technology or Business disciplines.
• At least 5 years of T24 experience, including a proven experience in business analysis, consultancy and/or project management, solution and delivery experience
• Strong understanding of financial products and instruments, with hands-on experience implementing modules such as Securities, Corporate Actions, Treasury, and Derivatives. Knowledge of finance-related functionalities is essential.
• Proven track record in business analysis and in understanding business needs and to translate them into functional specifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technology landscape scans, market research, and benchmarking on digital health, AI, automation, kiosks, and GovTech solutions
• Track industry trends, pilots, and case studies locally and internationally, especially in public sector contexts
• Summarise research findings into briefing notes, comparison tables, reports, and presentation slides
• Support coordination of innovation projects, including meeting arrangements, minutes-taking, and action tracking
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to support project execution and follow-ups
• Assist in preparing presentation decks, concept notes, and pilot proposals
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and knowledge management repositories
• Support preparation of governance materials such as briefing packs and summaries
• Assist in setting up, monitoring, and documenting pilot and proof-of-concept initiatives
• Collect feedback and support post-pilot evaluation and reporting

Requirements:

• Research & Analytical Skills: Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and the ability to synthesise complex data into actionable insights.
• Project Management Skills: Comfortable supporting multiple workstreams simultaneously, with good organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
• Digital Tools Proficiency: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
• Ability to create basic diagrams or visuals using Visio, Canva, etc
• Communication Skills: Proficiency in writing reports, briefs and presentation decks
