• Current university students pursuing a degree in Quantity Surveying, M&E, Engineering, Business, Finance or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Able to write, read and talk in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Open to those interns who stay in Penang Island.

• 產生與人力資源相關的報告、指標和見解，以用於決策和合規目的。
• 負責辦公室行政管理，包括庫存管理、辦公室維護協調以及確保良好的工作環境。
• 組織和協調公司活動、會議及其他員工參與活動。
• 作為人力資源和一般行政諮詢的主要聯絡人。

職位要求及資格

• 人力資源、工商管理或相關領域的文憑或學士學位。
• 至少 2-3 年人力資源和行政職能的工作經驗（應屆畢業生可考慮擔任初級職位）。
• 了解當地勞動法規及相關規定。
• 具備招募、薪資處理、員工關係和培訓協調方面的經驗。
• 對人力資源政策、流程和最佳實踐有深刻的理解。
• 精通微軟辦公室軟體和人力資源系統/軟體。
• 良好的溝通和人際交往能力。
• 具備較強的組織能力及時間管理能力，能夠同時處理多項任務。
• 高度誠信、保密和專業。
• 能夠獨立工作，也能作為團隊成員協作。
