Facility / Infrastructure Maintenance

About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and personable Sales Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle—from site visits to deal closure—while building lasting relationships with clients in the engineering and industrial sector. Full technical training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for sales professionals who are eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end sales process, including client meetings, site visits, and project follow-ups

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support day-to-day operations of hybrid infrastructure environments, ensuring reliability and service availability.
• Provision, configure, and maintain cloud platforms, infrastructure services, and technical environments using automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with BAU operations, including monitoring, maintenance, incident management, and change management.
• Experience supporting cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), automation, and scripting tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Python.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and operational excellence methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SG Tech Stack products (e.g. StackOps, SHIP-HATS) or government projects will be an advantage.
