Job Description:
- Oversee and manage process-related scope for semiconductor construction projects, including cleanroom, tool hook-up, process piping, specialty gas, and chemical systems
- Lead coordination across design teams, vendors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure alignment of process requirements and project objectives
- Review and approve process engineering deliverables (P&IDs, layouts, isometrics) to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and constructability
- Plan and control installation, testing, and commissioning activities for process systems, ensuring timely and quality delivery
- Monitor overall site progress and proactively drive subcontractors to meet project schedule, quality, and safety targets
- Manage interfaces with other disciplines (MEP, cleanroom, equipment) to ensure seamless system integration and avoid clashes
- Act as key point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders on process-related matters
- Lead resolution of technical and site issues, making decisions and providing direction to the team
- Review and endorse technical submissions, method statements, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, cleanroom protocols, and statutory requirements
- Supervise and guide engineers and site teams, ensuring proper execution and performance
- Support the Process Manager in overall planning, reporting, and project control activities
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, or industrial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of process systems such as UPW, PCW, CDA, specialty gas, and chemical distribution systems
- Experience in site coordination, installation, and commissioning is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple priorities
- Able to work independently and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- The candidate must be fluent in both Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
