The Executive oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of warehouse-related projects such as new facility setups, warehouse relocations, automation implementation, and process optimisation.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead the planning and execution of warehouse projects, including facility setup, expansion, and relocation

Work you'll do:

This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which encompasses the SAP Module solutions respectively. As a leader of this group, you will drive the growth of our SAP business in the region and be responsible for the creation, sale and delivery of SAP solutions: Functional and Technical Design, SAP Application & Systems Development, SAP Business Transformation, etc.

1. Calendar & Meeting Management for Senior Sales Executives

• Schedule internal, client and partner meetings, including video calls and in-person meetings.

2. Travel, Logistics & Expense Management 

• Arrange all business travel including flights, hotels, ground transport and visas where required for client meetings, regional business trips, markets and conferences.

• Prepare and submit T&E claims accurately and on time; ensure policy compliance and resolve discrepancies. 

3. Sales Support 

• Act as liaison for client communications, scheduling calls and meetings with key partners.

The Executive needs to be hands-on on the ground to resolve daily operational process issues. The Executive needs to be proactive in process improvement suggestions and coordinate/execute Management decisions on changes in operation procedures and Planning Team projects.
