About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant (RC) to join our growing healthcare team. Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.

• Conduct market research and talent mapping across healthcare sector.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking activities.

• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary candidate assessments.

• Prepare candidate profiles and interview summaries for clients.

• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication between candidates and hiring managers.

• Manage and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.

• Assist in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

• Stay updated on industry trends, hiring practices, and talent market developments.

Requirements (or you can build the skills here)

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

• No experience in recruitment is welcomed, mentorship provided in talent acquisition, sales, customer service, or related fields are welcome.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about different industries and business functions.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable communicating with professionals at different levels.

• Proficiency in English; Chinese language skills will be advantageous for regional communication.
