Overall Job Objectives:

We are looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals to provide warm, friendly, and exceptional food & beverage service within INITIA Group’s F&B brands. He/She will assist the Outlet In-Charge in driving outlet sales while delivering excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.

ADVANCEMENT CRITERIA: Promotion to experienced server level based on schedule regularity, demonstrated menu expertise, storytelling skills, and customer engagement quality. 

Core Responsibilities:

1. BUZZER & TABLE MANAGEMENT
- Clear and reset tables efficiently between seatings
- Maintain table cleanliness and proper setup throughout service
- Respond promptly to buzzer calls from customers 

2. FOOD RUNNER DUTIES
- Deliver food from kitchen to tables accurately and promptly
- Learn menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods during food running
- Ensure proper presentation and temperature of all dishes 

3. MENU MASTERY & TRAINING
- Study menu thoroughly including dish names, ingredients, and Korean terminology
- Participate in mandatory training sessions and tastings
- Pass role-play tests demonstrating menu knowledge and storytelling ability 

4. PROGRESSION TO SERVER DUTIES 

- Upon passing tests, begin taking customer orders
- Serve food and beverages with proper technique 

- Engage with customers to enhance dining experience 

5. CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
- Provide friendly, attentive service
- Answer basic menu questions accurately
- Support senior servers and team members 

Job Specifications:

• Previous restaurant experience is an advantage

• Good communication skills.

• Able to work independently and demonstrate positive professionalism.

• Friendly, outgoing, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on business needs.

• Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Singapore. Work visa sponsorship is not provided for this role.

• Efficient table turnover by clearing, resetting, and maintaining table cleanliness, while responding promptly to customer buzzer calls.

• Accurate and timely delivery of food from the kitchen to guests, ensuring correct orders, proper presentation, and appropriate temperature of all dishes.

• Demonstrated menu mastery through successful completion of training sessions, tastings, and role-play assessments covering dish knowledge and storytelling.

• Smooth transition to server duties by confidently taking orders, serving food and beverages with proper technique, and assisting in enhancing the overall dining experience.

• Consistent delivery of friendly and attentive customer service, accurately answering basic menu inquiries and actively supporting senior servers and team members.

Sales Region: 50% Singapore and 50% Asean (Malaysia, Indonesia and Philippines)

• New customers creation. To identifying potential customers with planning and organizing sales call schedule by cold calls or given sales leads. Candidate is also required to maintain and servicing of existing customers. Address sales and engineering support goals, contributing to weekly, monthly and annual sales report, analysing expenses, identifying inconsistencies and troubleshooting issues.
• Prepare and making of product presentation, provide product application support, demonstrate or performing of Installation on the appropriate sales engineering equipment according toorders, specificities and preferences.

• Communicate with Principals (Suppliers) and Sales team together to drive for achieving sales goal. Selected candidate will be receiving product training, which may include product information, product application, maintenance, service support or deal with system breakdowns that occurred.

• Achieve related duties and responsibilities as necessary to support, organize and monitor the success of the sales engineering department and productivity. Serve customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, andservices.

• Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand their different need of product or service requirements. Prepare cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with engineers and other professional personnel.

• Determines improvements by analysing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment and engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services. Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements. Develops customer’s staff by providing technical information and training.

• Complies with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation and anticipating future legislation. Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.

• Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementingdirectives. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Photonics Engineering or related engineering field.
• 2 years of experience in sales industry preferred. Those without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided

• New customer development. Ready to make cold calls. Presentation & Communication skills. Technical understanding.

• Requirements analysis & innovation. Familiar with Microsoft Office software.

• Date of Commencement: ASAP or short notice  

• Transport Allowance: SGD$80 per month

• Variable Bonus: Yes (Twice a year, May & Dec)

• Working Hours: 830am to 530pm (Mon - Fri)

• Annual Leave: 10 days (+ 1 day per year, max 16 days)
