Weare seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Project Controller (orSenior Project Controller depending on experience) to join our finance team. Inthis critical role, you will act as the "financial co-pilot" to ourProject Managers, ensuring the successful execution of projects from afinancial and commercial perspective. You will move beyond simple reporting toprovide strategic insights, manage risks, and ensure project profitability andcash flow optimization throughout the project lifecycle.
KeyResponsibilities:
FinancialMonitoring & Analysis:
· Takefull ownership of the financial health of assigned projects, rigorouslymonitoring actuals vs. budget/forecast.
· Preparehigh-quality monthly Project Status Reports (PSR), analyzing variances,identifying trends, and highlighting financial risks and opportunities toproject leadership and senior management.
· Conductdeep-dive analyses into project cost structures to ensure accuracy and identifyareas for cost optimization.
Tendering& Commercial Support:
· Partneractively with Proposal Managers during the pre-contract phase.
· Criticallyreview tender costings, validate assumptions, and assess the financialimplications of commercial terms and contract conditions before offersubmission.
Requirements:
Qualifications& Experience:
· Degreein Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related commercialdiscipline.
· ForProject Controller: Minimum3–5 years of relevant experience in project accounting or commercial finance.
· ForSenior Project Controller: Minimum6+ years of progressive experience, preferably within engineering,construction, manufacturing, or similar project-based industries.
· Priorhands-on experience with Microsoft Business Central (Navision) systemis highly preferred.

• Salary forexperience candidates will be considered based on the years of experience andour internal salary structure

• Variable Bonusranging from 1 to 6 months depending on individual and company performance
• Working hours:8.00 am to 5.00 pm / 8.30 to 5.30 pm / 9.00 am to 6.00 pm / 9.30 am to 6.30pm /10.00am to 7.00pm
• Working days:Monday to Friday (1 day work from home per week)
• Annual Leave:14 days up to 17 days for non-executive (Assistant Engineer and below)
• 18 days up to21 days for executive (Engineer and above)
