Role Overview
The Admin Assistant will support daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth coordination between consultants, clients, and internal processes.
This role is training-provided and suitable for candidates with little or no prior experience.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Prepare and organize client documents and case files
Maintain proper filing systems (physical & digital)
Assist in data entry and system updates
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Client Coordination
Handle basic client enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email)
Support consultants in document collection follow-ups
Ensure clients submit required documents on time
Operational Support
Assist with onboarding paperwork for new cases
Support internal reporting and tracking tasks
Help maintain office organization and workflow efficiency
Compliance & Accuracy
Ensure documents are complete before submission
Follow company SOPs and administrative processes
Maintain confidentiality of client information
